Quick trip to the beach

Sometimes we all need a little vacation to get the wind back in our sails. On Wednesday night, we packed up and headed to Fernandina for a long weekend. Although most of our stay was spent indoors waiting on the afternoon storms to pass, we came back rested and ready to tackle another week.

The rain also gave me a chance to start planning for Petey Pie's fall line. I'm thinking pumpkins, Labrador retrievers, dump trucks, farm scenes, plaids, corduroys, pink and brown checks, and of course, football!
